Douglas James Prichard, born on August 26, 1951, in Greeley, Colorado, was a beacon of love and laughter, a dedicated father and husband, a witty companion, and an incredibly smart individual who brought joy to everyone he knew. Douglas was a remarkable man who lived his life with unwavering dedication to his family, service, and passion. As the owner and operator of the Hyperbaric Healing Center, he demonstrated his commitment to helping others and improving their quality of life. Douglas, or Doug, as he was fondly known, was a man of many interests. He loved to golf, camp with his family, fish with his son Samuel, and had a knack for rock hunting and woodworking. These hobbies were a testament to his love for the outdoors and his passion for creating. Gifted with a sharp wit, Doug had a way of making his children laugh - whether it was through dancing, building blanket forts, or constructing an awesome fort in the trees. His grandchildren would dance circles around him, pat his belly, then do it again - a testament to the love and joy he brought into their lives. His dedication to his family was the cornerstone of his life and the legacy he leaves behind. Douglas is survived by his loving wife, Becky Prichard; his children, Brandon Knight, Coliene, Taylor, and Samuel Prichard; his sister, Robin Neville; his grandchildren, Kilah, Hadley, and Blakely Cotton, and Finn and Mary Twohig; his sons-in-law, Colin Twohig and Benjamin Cotton; and daughter-in-law, Rachelle Knight. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Alameda Mills, and his siblings, Lee Prichard and Jackie Armstrong. Douglas's life was a testament to the quote, "Family is not an important thing, it's everything." His love for his family was evident in everything he did, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those he loved.
