Glenn Welsh

Glenn Alexander Welsh, beloved husband, brother, uncle, and friend to many, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2024 with wife Barbara by his side. He was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer 1st week of April.
Glenn grew up in Lakewood WA with mother Saima and father Glennwood Welsh who settled in Lakewood from North Dakota. He attended Lakes High School, Fort Steilacoom community College, and graduated from University of Puget Sound with a degree in Business. Glenn spent his career in sales with several organizations. Glenn easily made friends everywhere. He was grateful for the good friends in the Church, YMCA, Vinyl Night group playing records, Cigar Club, and the long tradition of camping at the Pot Holes State Park with the guys.
Glenn is survived by wife Barbara, his sister Karen Green and her children: Stefan & April Green, Kristof and Summer Green, Heidi Sullivan.
Glenn will be remembered for his smile, zest for life, and new adventures. Always planning the next destination.
His memorial service and reception is on September 7th at Parkland Lutheran Church in Tacoma at 2PM.
