Obituary for James Carlton August 3, 2009 Husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away August 3rd, 2009 at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Tacoma, WA. He is survived by his wife Lorella; daughters Cynthia (Derak) Hextell, Janice (Josh) Kilgus and grandchildren: Dallas Hextell, Dylan Mullen, Alex & Zach Kilgus; and nieces and nephews; brother Larry (Barbara), sisters Loretta (Marvin) Cortelyou and Linda (Ken) Scott; Born: August 21, 1945 in Los Angeles, Ca. He grew up in Kelso, WA. Graduated Kelso High School in 1963, graduated from Lower Columbia College in 1966. Married Lorella Gillogly on August 27, 1966. He had a successful career as a computer engineer for IBM, Alaska Airlines, and was a current employee at PEMCO Insurance in Seattle, Wa. Jim was selfless, loving, loyal, dedicated, always willing to help anyone in need, and he had a great sense of humor. "The steps of a good man are directed by the Lord. He delights in each step they take."- Psalms 37:23. A Memorial Service will be held at United Church of Christ, 726 ? 6th Ave, Fox Island, WA 98333, on Saturday Aug 8th, at 1:00pm.
