Jeffery Wise

Jeffery Brian Wise II Jeff Wise, 18, passed away September 19, 2011. Jeff was part of the 2011 graduating class at North Kitsap High School in Poulsbo, Washington. He was involved in debate and American sign language while in school. He had plans to attend Seattle Central C.C. in the winter. Jeff had an interest in many things including writing, fashion, music and popular culture. He is survived by his mother and father, Jeff and Dolores Wise, his sisters Gina and Christine and maternal grandmother, Lourdes. He was loved by many.
