Judith Freeman

Judith (Judy) Viola Freeman passed away on August 18, 2026. Judy was born on January 12,
1945 in Yakima, WA.
Judy was a go getter and had a passion for life. At the age of 81 she was still golfing and
playing cards weekly. Judy also had a passion for sports. Friday night high school football
and basketball games were a must. Especially since it was to watch her nephews. Then
NFL every weekend.
Judy worked as a Buyer for Noel Foods (first female Buyer) and also for Kraft Foods in
Renton, WA. That is when Judy was introduced to Golf. And the rest is history.
After seventeen years of being single Judy met Don Freeman. They both enjoyed golf and
bowling. After Don retired they decided to see The United States. They golfed in every State
in The US and across Canada.
Judy was always known as the one who would do anything for everyone. We are so lucky to
have had her touch our lives.
Judy is survived by her sisters Sharon and Barbara, brother Bill, daughter Ronda, son-in-law
Mitch, stepdaughters Cheryl and Nancy and stepson Jim.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Goldie Gunn, spouse Don Freeman,
brother’s Wayne and Pete, sister’s Janice and Loretta.
