Gig Harbor, Washington
On April 17, 2026, we said goodbye to our mom, Judy Bauer Woodall Turner, who passed away unexpectedly at the age of 82 as the result of a stroke.
Mom was born in Bremerton, Washington and spent most of her life in Vancouver, Washington before moving to Gig Harbor to be closer to family. She lived a life filled with laughter, friendship, and love for the people and things that brought her joy.
She adored babies and animals, loved music, and treasured the time she spent laughing with friends and family. Mom was especially proud of her red Corvette, which she enjoyed for many years as part of the Corvette Club.
Another one of her great passions was antiquing — there was nothing quite like the thrill she felt when she tracked down a special piece to add to one of her many collections.
She is survived by her two daughters, Nancy Giacolone and her husband Jim Giacolone, Sally Adams; her two grandsons, Nick Giacolone and his wife Jazmine Giacolone, Trevor Adams and his wife Cati Adams; and her two great-granddaughters, Hazel and Nora Giacolone.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William (Bill) and Nan Bauer as well as her sister Phyllis Bauer.
We invite you to join us for her Celebration of Life on Friday, May 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at Harbor Covenant Church in The Gathering Space. 4901 Gustafson Dr NW. Gig Harbor, WA. 98335.
