Marie Lennen

Marie Lennen, born November of 1938 in Everett, Washington to parents Lois Mary and Carl T. Hansen, passed peacefully into the Lord's care on September 22nd, 2026. Marie grew up on a dairy farm before pursuing a nursing degree from the University of Washington. Marie moved to Gig Harbor and established a long-held career as a nurse manager at Tacoma General. Marie was very active in her church, garden club, and Bible Study Fellowship. She was an avid gardener and skilled florist.
Marie will be remembered by her two daughters, Jill Seymour (Lawrence Seymour) and Jennifer Todd (Daniel Todd), her brothers Melvin Hansen (Bertella Hansen), Arnold Hansen (Marilyn Hansen), her former husband Victor Lennen, her seven grandchildren, her many great-grandchildren, and her nieces and nephews, in addition to the many others who were blessed to have her touch their lives. Marie's service will be at Burley Bible Church in Port Orchard, Washington at 12pm on November 7th, 2026. All are welcome to attend.
