Phillip Dean Thomas

Phillip D. Thomas, 75, a resident of Milton, Washington, since 1971, peacefully passed away on May 22, 2016.Phillip was an optician by profession but his real passion was boating and fishing.Phillip is survived by three sisters; son, Craig of Arizona; daughter, Linda of California, as well as four grandchildren.With respect to Phillip's final wishes, there will be no formal services held.
