Terrill Mortensen Obituary (1970

Terrill Mortensen 43 of Kent Washington passed away at the Fred Lowthian Care Center in Bremerton on May 7, 2014. Terrill was born in Renton, Washington on July 8, 1970 to Judy and Terry Mortensen. He graduated from South Kitsap High School in Port Orchard. He later attended the University of Washington and Renton Technical College. Terrill married Julie Christine Kellogg of Tacoma, Washington on January 1, 2003. Terrill worked in the IT field for many years, most recently as a Senior Network Administrator for Nextpoint IS. He enjoyed traveling, playing computer games with friends and taking his son Lane to places where they could endlessly ride elevators (a memory very dear to Lane). He also greatly enjoyed lighting off fireworks with his friends at Fourth of July celebrations. Terrill is survived by his wife, Julie and his son, Lane Carlton. He is also survived by his parents Terry and Judy, his sister, Annette, and her sons, Tyler, Jeremy and David, all of Port Orchard. Terrill, also, had parents-in-law, four sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. His grandfather, Edward Hewill of Springfield, Oregon passed away earlier this year. Memorial services will be held at Haven of Rest Cemetery in Gig Harbor, Washington on Saturday, June 21st at 2PM.
